Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Information

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. 

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

  • Standard: Will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing and shipping
  • Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days after processing and shipping
  • Next-Day: Will arrive the following business day after processing and shipping 

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

International Shipping

We generally ship orders within 2-5 business days; however, it may take longer depending on the volume of your purchase. It generally takes 10-21 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the sorting facility. Please note that it may take longer than 10-21 business days depending on your customs agency. 

Upon delivery if there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. 

Corishia® is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages once the delivery is confirmed by the shipping company. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. 

The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by the shipping company, Corishia® is no longer responsible for the package. Please note that limited tracking may be available with international shipments. We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

CUSTOMS: When receiving goods from a different country customs duty and import taxes may occur. 

 Returns and Exchanges

 Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days after you place your order. Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund or store credit. There will be a 15% restocking fee if your item does not have the original tags or is not in its original condition.

 To obtain a Return Authorization Number, customer must complete the following form. A return cannot be processed without a Return Authorization Number.

 PLEASE NOTE: Allsale or promotion items are a final purchase, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

 When shipping your return or exchange, include your name, address, phone number and email address and RA number. Please package your item securely. Shipping fees and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your return/exchange to be processed, it can be a store credit or credit at your credit card with the cost of the item, including tax, less the cost of shipping.

 All shipping, customs, and other taxes on international returns or exchanges must be paid by the customer. Please contact [email protected]  to receive an RA number for your return.

 How do I start a return or exchange?

Enter your order number and email address to start.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange. For refunds, please note that would will need to mail the item(s) back yourself to the mailing address provided. If you choose to exchange, Corishia will cover the cost of return shipping.

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

 What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Corishia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once the tracking information indicates “Shipped” Corishia is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office), UPS or the company with your package was shipped with questions regarding shipment tracking.
